1. Services

Joachim Hesthammer provides the following professional services:

• Web Design: Tailored, user-focused websites that enhance your online presence.

• PR Strategies: Crafting narratives and campaigns to amplify your brand’s visibility.

• SEO & Digital Marketing: Optimizing your digital footprint to drive traffic and conversions.

• Content Creation: Engaging content that communicates your value to your audience.

2. Scope of Service

Services will be outlined and agreed upon in a proposal or contract before work begins. Any additional requests or modifications to the agreed scope may result in additional fees, which will be communicated prior to implementation.

3. Payments

• Payment terms will be defined in the proposal or invoice for the agreed services.

• 70% (if new client) or 50% (if trusted client) of the total project cost is required upfront before work begins, with the remainder due upon project completion unless otherwise stated.

• Late payments are subject to a [10%] late fee after [14 days] past the due date.

4. Client Responsibilities

To ensure the successful delivery of services, clients must:

• Provide all required materials, assets, and feedback promptly.

• Approve or reject project milestones within [3 business days] of delivery.

• Be responsible for securing any licenses or permissions for third-party content.

5. Intellectual Property

• Upon full payment, ownership of the final deliverables transfers to the client.

• Joachim Hesthammer retains the right to showcase work completed on behalf of the client in portfolios or marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Raw files, drafts, and tools used in the creation process remain the intellectual property of Joachim Hesthammer unless explicitly agreed.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

• Clients may cancel their project by providing written notice.

• If a project is canceled before completion, the initial deposit is non-refundable. Additional fees for work completed up to the point of cancellation may apply.

• No refunds will be issued for completed work.

7. Liability

• All services are provided “as-is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

• Joachim Hesthammer is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the deliverables.

8. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep any confidential information shared during the course of the project secure and not to disclose it to any third party without prior consent.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Finland. Any disputes arising under these Terms will be resolved in the courts of Åbo, Finland.

10. Changes to Terms

Joachim Hesthammer reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
